岗位职责/职位描述
1. set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel/department goal, policies practices.
根据酒店/部门目标、政策和实际情况与团队成员共同设立团队目标。
2. maintain personal presentation to hotel hilton& doubletree stards.
根据酒店及希尔顿集团标准保持个人形象。
3. ensure all reporting servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.
保证按时完成所有报告和服务。
4. manage the completion of monthly ongoing training reports.
管理完成每月及正在进行的培训报告。
5. update training notice board with all information on “what is happening in outside hotel” training information.
更新培训告示栏上所有关于酒店内部及外部的新消息和培训信息。
6. organize reward certification programs.
组织奖励及证书计划。
7. keep records of each individual tm on every training he/she attended of the hotel.
保存每位员工的参加培训记录。
8. organize in coordination with director of hr department heads’ approved cross-training .
组织协调人力资源总监和部门经理批准的交叉培训。
9. coordinate departmental cross-training.
协调部门间交叉培训。
10. facilitate total quality management.
实行全面质量管理。
11. manage training development.
管理培训和发展。
12. develop strategies which address hotel guidelines human resources policies on training development.
发展关于确定酒店宗旨和人力资源关于培训和发展的政策的战略。
13. develop plans to conduct needs analyses in-house training on a regular basis.
定期进行培训需求分析和酒店内培训。
